For my Narrative Collage, I combined a wallpaper pattern (the background), a photograph (the beetle), and a line of text (“Yowza!”). This piece has a very loose narrative: basically, it represents my personal appreciation for bugs and enabled me to create something bright, fun, and graphic for our final project. I’m still tinkering with the contrast between the background and the text and looking to increase the beetle’s realism but this is where we are today :) Thanks for a great semester everyone!!
